Among mechanical products, bearings are high-precision products that require not only mathematics, physics, etc. The comprehensive support of subject theory, and the need for materials science, heat treatment technology, precision machining and measurement technology, numerical control technology, effective numerical methods and powerful computer technology and other disciplines to serve it, so bearing is also a representative of national scientific and technological strength product.
According to relevant statistics, the self-matching rate of precision miniature bearings only accounts for 40%, and the country has to spend a lot of foreign exchange to import precision miniature bearings each year, and most of the high-speed electric main spindle bearings rely on imports. Among them, the precision bearing industry has overcapacity at the low end and insufficient supply at the high end. However, the proportion of precision bearings with a precision of P5 and above did not increase but declined, indicating that most of the new bearings are low-tech mid- and low-end bearings, and the supply of high-end bearings is insufficient, and they rely heavily on imported high-speed EMU bearings. Speed, high-precision metallurgical rolling mill supporting bearings, high-speed and high-precision CNC machine tool bearings and electric spindles are basically imported.
It can be seen that the domestic production of precision miniature bearings is still a weak link.
